The following is a summary of the topics covered by the on-line manuals.
The Installer's Guide contains the procedures for connecting the Wanware hardware, installing the software, initial configuration and testing the basic setup.
The Administrator's Guide describes the tools available to the system administrator for monitoring the link interfaces, and troubleshooting problems. It contains detailed descriptions of all the parameters that may be configured. It also describes how to use and maintain the many features of Wanware. Features such as per call accounting and incoming call handling are described here.
The Programmer's Guide describes the interfaces available to application developers who wish to access and control the WAN lines from a C language program. Developers should be familiar with data communications concepts and have a rudimentary knowledge of the protocols before using these interfaces.
The Utilities Documentation describe the usage of the various utilities and configuration files provided with Wanware.
The Hardware Notes provide details about Wanware product specifications.
The Application Notes explore common Wanware application questions and their solutions.
The Glossary provides definitions for terms used throughout the Wanware Guides.
