Name
wanware - start/stop Wanware services
Syntax
wanware start [flags]
wanware stop
Description
wanware starts or stops Wanware services.
wanware start
starts Wanware services. flags may be
any options supported by x25daemon. The following tasks are
performed when Wanware services are started:
- Daemons for each of the installed protocols are started.
- Configurations are set for each network described in
/etc/packetnets.
- wanware may invoke x25route to add X.25 routes and
X.25 User Facilities for IP remote hosts. The appropriate IP hosts,
X.25 routes and X.25 User Facilities are specified within
x25hosts.
- wanware may invoke froute to add Frame Relay routes
for IP remote hosts. The appropriate IP hosts and Frame Relay routes
are specified within frelhosts.
wanware stop
stops Wanware services. The following tasks are
performed when services are stopped:
- Daemons for each of the installed protocols are killed.
- x25route is invoked to delete all X.25 routes to IP hosts
from x25route's address routing table.
- froute is invoked to delete all Frame Relay routes to IP
hosts from froute's address routing table.
