x25account - record SVC activity

Syntax

x25account [-h] [-d] [-l logfile]

Description

x25account is a daemon that receives information records when SVC's are cleared. It formats this information for easy operator perusal, and appends it to file /var/spool/x25/accountlog. Normally, the x25account is started during boot. from the startup script

x25account outputs its process ID to /var/run/x25account.pid, which can then be used to send it signals. When x25account receives SIGHUP (kill -1), it outputs to file /var/log/x25/x25acc_dump a summary of accumulated statistics by remote X.121 address.

Options

-h

Diplay help/usage for x25account

-d

Turn on debugging.

-l logfile

Send the program output to logfile, rather than the default location.
