The following options are recognized.

Option Description
-b prevents header banners from being printed
-d device uses a different device than the default (/dev/mpf_0)

froute add all
builds the address mapping table from entries in /etc/frelhosts, /etc/packetnets, and /etc/hosts. This is the variant of the command used during system startup to build the table initially.

The host names used with froute (including those specified in /etc/frelhosts) are placeholders. That is, any name may be used.

froute add [host | DLCI network]
adds a host/DLCI pair to the address mapping table.

froute del host
deletes a host/DLCI pair from the address mapping table.

froute dump
displays the full list of host/address pairs.
