The Installer's Guide contains the procedures for connecting the SyncSwitch hardware, initial configuration and testing the basic setup.
The Administrator's Guide describes the tools available to the system administrator for monitoring the link interfaces, and troubleshooting problems. It contains detailed descriptions of all the parameters that may be configured. It also describes how to use and maintain the many features of SyncSwitch. Features such as per call accounting and incoming call handling are described here.
The Hardware Notes provide details about SyncSwitch product specifications.
