Test InstallationFollow this short procedure to ensure SyncSwitch functionality.
Problems
If there is no power to the SyncSwitch, reseat the power cable, check that the SyncSwitch is turned on and check for power lights.
Problems
If there are no frames/bytes being received, check to ensure the attached equipment is transmitting.
When no frames/bytes have been transmitted there is most likely a physical problem. Check the cables. If your links are configured for X.25, you can restart the protocol stack using Restart Software in the left-hand navigation window.
