System Startup Scripts

The Netcom II startup script installed with the product is actually present in more than one place:

• /etc/rc2.d/S52x25
  
• /etc/rc1.d/K48x25
  
• /etc/rc0.d/K48x25
  
• /etc/x25net

As the files are linked together, editing one file changes all files. Due to their location, the files in /etc/rc0.d and /etc/rc2.d will be run automatically by the system at boot and shutdown time.

Starting X.25 Call Accounting

If you wish to run X.25 call accounting, you need to remove the #s in the startup script's lines to uncomment the program's invocation.
