X25daemon - Daemon to invoke processes to handle incoming X.25 calls

Syntax

X25daemon [-c] [-d debug] [-D] [-g] [-l logfile] [-u] [tabfile]

Description

X25daemon performs the actions found in the tabfile when an incoming X.25 call is received. The default tabfile is /etc/x25tab.

These command line options are recognized:

Option Description
-c Display contents of tabfile and exit.
-d debug debug is the level of debug output: 0 represents no output, 1 is the default, 2 and 3 output extended debug information. Debug information is stored in the logfile.
-D Causes a 2 second delay before a getty is invoked.
-g Inhibit X25daemon from invoking /etc/getty during incoming login calls. When this option is used gettys must be invoked by some other means, usually by adding entries into /etc/inittab.
-l logfile The default is /usr/spool/x25/daemonlog.
-u Required for UnixWare 4.2 OS that X25daemon invoke /bin/login rather than /etc/getty.
