The Reject list allows you to define addresses from which you do not wish to accept mail. You can set SentiNet to either delete the mail received or reject the mail which will send a reply stating that the mail was not accepted.
Note: You must ensure that the sender's e-mail address is reachable before selecting "Reject", which sends a response. SentiNet will continue to send the response until the mail is accepted.
Select the Reject List link from the top of the Mail Server main page.
Select Discard to have the unwanted mail deleted or Reject to have the mail returned to the sender.
To add a name to the list of rejected e-mail addresses, type a host/domain name in the text field. There are three ways to define the messages you want to deny.
Define the user name with an "@" sign but no domain, so
that a host of that name from any domain will be rejected (e.g. "rejectname@").
Define the domain from which you do not wish to
receive mail (e.g. "domainname.com"). This will deny any
host of one domain from sending e-mail messages to your site.
Define the entire address from which you do not want to receive mail. (e.g. "firstname.lastname@example.org") This is the most specific, denying one host e-mail address from one domain.
Select Add to have the host/domain added to the list of mail to reject.
To edit an entry, type over the information you wish to change and select Set to have the change occur.
To delete an entry select the Delete link and click Yes to have the entry removed.
